Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing flight420.shop, using @Flight420_bot, joining the mailing list, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 and legally able to enter a contract.

3. THE MANIFEST

“The Manifest” is the Flight 420 customer list. It is not a club, franchise, or financial instrument. It simply describes our relationship with you as a customer who has placed or wants to place an order.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are processed through @Flight420_bot on Telegram or the on-site chat. When you lock an order, you receive an order ID. Orders are fulfilled only after payment is received and verified.

Currently accepted payment method: Cash App. Additional methods may be added in the future and will be announced via the mailing list or the bot.

All sales are final. Once an order has shipped, no refunds are issued unless the product was damaged or lost in transit. See our Shipping & Returns page.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to addresses within jurisdictions where the purchase is legal for the customer. You are responsible for knowing the cannabis laws in your jurisdiction before ordering. Flight 420 is not liable for confiscation, fines, or legal consequences resulting from orders shipped to regions where cannabis is prohibited.

All shipments are discreet and unbranded. Tracking numbers are sent via the bot once your order ships.

6. LOYALTY & MANIFEST POINTS

Manifest Points are a promotional loyalty currency earned at $1 spent = 1 point. Points can be redeemed for limited-edition merchandise at the tiers listed on the homepage. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may expire or be revoked at our discretion.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Resell our products without permission
• Ship to minors under 21
• Ship across state or international borders illegally
• Harass our staff or other customers
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the bot

We reserve the right to cancel any order, refund any payment, and permanently ban any account that violates these Terms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All brand assets — the Flight 420 name, logo, The Captain / KASIUS and The Co-Pilot / NOVA characters, imagery, copy, and code — are property of Flight 420. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

9. DISCLAIMERS

The Services are provided “AS IS” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific outcome from using our products.

Cannabis affects individuals differently. You use our products at your own risk. Do not operate heavy machinery, drive, or make legal decisions while using cannabis.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flight 420 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be posted at this URL. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Flight 420 is operated. Any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.
