The logistics of getting on the manifest.
HOW IT WORKS
- Lock your order through The Captain (chat widget or Telegram).
- Send payment via Cash App to the handle shown in your chat.
- Our team verifies payment (usually within 5-30 minutes during business hours).
- Your package ships within 24 hours of payment verification on business days.
- You receive a tracking number via the bot the moment it ships.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once shipped, typical delivery windows:
- Standard (default): 2-5 business days
- Express (on request): 1-2 business days (ask The Captain about availability)
- Overnight (premium drops): next-day available on large orders
PACKAGING
Every order ships in plain, unbranded, smell-proof packaging. There is no indication on the outside that the package came from Flight 420. Your privacy is part of the service.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders over $200 ship free. Under $200, a flat $15 shipping fee applies.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any reason once an order ships.
However, if your package arrives damaged, the wrong item was sent, or the tracking confirms it was lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages).
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
All packages are insured. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)
- File a missing package report with the carrier
- Message The Captain with the order ID and carrier case number
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future to jurisdictions where the purchase is legal for the customer.
