• Telegram user ID — if you interact with the bot, so we can match your orders to you.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and referral URL for basic analytics and fraud prevention.

We do not collect or store: payment card numbers, banking credentials, social security numbers, biometric data, or precise geolocation.

4. WHO SEES YOUR INFO

• Venice.ai — powers the AI conversations. Venice has a zero-data- retention policy.
• Telegram — hosts the bot. Your Telegram username and chat ID are visible to us whenever you message @Flight420_bot.
• ElevenLabs — transcribes voice messages if you send one to the bot.
• Shipping carriers — for delivery of physical products.
• Payment apps — we never see or store your Cash App credentials; you send payment through Cash App directly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.

5. COOKIES & STORAGE

We use browser localStorage to remember that you've seen our intro animation and to maintain your chat session ID. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.

6. AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Services or to view any cannabis-related content on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, email us and we will delete it.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You can, at any time:

• Ask us what information we have about you
• Ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete it (right to be forgotten)

8. DATA RETENTION

We keep order records for up to 2 years for business and tax purposes. We keep mailing list subscriptions until you unsubscribe. We keep chat histories for up to 30 days of inactivity, then auto-delete.

We use SSL/TLS encryption for all web traffic. Our servers are hosted on dedicated infrastructure with firewall protection. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10. CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services evolve. We will post the new version at this URL and update the “Effective” date. If the changes are material, we'll notify the mailing list.
